Presence of heavy metals in blood and semen in boars
Prisustvo teških metala u krvi i spermi nerastova
Апстракт
Participate ions of heavy metals (Cd,Pb,Hg) very frequently to lead ireversibility changes and occurrence of toxicity in organism. With method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry proved increase contents Pb, Cd, and Hg in blood and boars semen. Also, we analyzed distribution of that heavy metals in a blood plasma of weaned piglets. This results are proved different in resorption of heavy metals (Pb.Cd, Hg) in correlation by age animals. Looking for ethiology of heavy metals in animal organism we analyzed fodder samples which used in their nutrition. This results proved occurrence of heavy metals and their dangerous of contamitation fodder and deposit in animal organism and dangerouson reproductive boars performance. Today, analyzed boar semen on heavy metals is necessary.
Prisustvo jona teških metala (Cd, Pb, Hg) u organizmu dovode vrlo često do ireversibilnih promena i pojave toksičnosti. Metodom atomske apsorpcione spektrometrije, dokazan je3 povećani sadržaj Pb, Cd, Hg, u krvi i ejakulatu nerastova. Takođe je analizirana i distribucija ovih metala u krvnoj plazmi zalučene prasadi. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da postoji razlika u resorpciji teških metala (Pb, Cd i Hg) u zavisnosti od starosti jedinke. Da bi utvrdili poreklo teških metala u ispitivanim uzorcima, analizirana je i hrana korišćena za njihovu ishranu. Rezultati rada ukazuju da postoji opasnost od kontaminacije stočne hrane teškim metalima i njihovom deponovanju u organizmu životinja, kao i opasnost na reproduktivnu sposobnost nerastova. Da bi se smanjio rizik upotrebe sperme kontaminirane teškim metalima potrebno je prethodno izvršiti analizu njihovog prisustva.
