Einfluss von probiotika auf die mastleistung von Broilern
Influence of various probiotics on the fattening performances by Broifer
Abstract
In this paper, the influence of various probiotics on the fattening performances of Arbor Acres broilers was examined. The control group of broilers (1) fed without probiotics, and the experimental groups with feed mixtures with following probiotics: (2) Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus (at least 107 cfu/g) - 0,10% (3) Streptococcus faecium cernelle strain 68 (70 x 106 cfu/g) - 0.05% (4) Bacillus cereus IP 5832 (1010 cfu/g) - 0.01%, and (5) Bacillus CH 200 (1.6 x 109 cfu/g) and Bacillus CH 201 (1.6 x 109 cfu/g) - 0.05%. The feed mixtures with Streptococcus faecium cernelle strain 68 showed the weakest influence on the quality parameters of broiler production. The probiotics with Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus cereus IP 5832 showed the positive influence on the thigh and drumstick weight. The weight of breast and breast meat did not influenced by ...used probiotics.
