A. lienalis kod malog zelenog majmuna ( Cercopithecus aethiops sabeus )

Abstract

Ћелијска култура малог зеленог мајмуна служи за размножавање полиовируса у циљу припремања вакцине против полиомиелитиса. Поред тога, култура бубрега овог мајмуна служи и за дијагностику присуства вируса у биолошком материјалу. То је био један од главних разлога да обрадимо део кардиоваскуларног система мајмуна и на тај начин дамо прилог бољем познавању грађе тела ове животиње. Испитивања су вршена на 30 малих зелених мајмуна, оба пола, старости 3-4 године, телесне масе 2000-3000 г, добијени из Института за вирусологију, вакцине и серуме у Београду. После искрвављења животиња, у крвне судове су убризгане различите контрастне масе. Најчешће употребљавана контрастна маса био је желатин обојен сликарском темпером, микропак-баријум или минијум. После ињицирања, крвни судови су препарисани и фотографисани. А. lienalis је лева и најјача грана целијачног стабла. Пружа се лево и вентрално према проксималном делу слезине, а затим кроз Lig. gastrolienale према њеном дисталном крају. Од почетног дела А. lienalis одвајају се гране за гуштерачу (Rami pancreatici). Пружајући се уз слезину А. lienalis даје Rami lienalеs. Од дисталног дела слезине А. lienalis продужава као A. gastroepiploica sinistra кроз Omentum majus. Вентрално од левог дела велике кривине желудца даје гране за одговарајући део желудца. Од ње се одвајају и гране за Omentum majus. A. gastroepiploica sinistra анастомозира са A. gastroepiploica dехtra. А. lienalis у малог зеленог мајмуна, слично као код човека, коња, преживара и пса је грана од A. celiaca-e.

Cell cultures from the small green monkey are used for the cultivation of poliovirus in the manufacture of vaccines against poliomyelitis. In addition, kidney cultures from the same monkey serve for detection of the virus in biological material. This was the main reason that prompted us to undertake a study of one part of the monkey’s cardiosvascular system and thus contribute to a better understanding of the structure of its body. The investigation involved 30 small green monkeys of both sexes, aged 3 to 4 years and body weight 2000-3000 g. The monkeys originated from the Institute of virusology, vaccines and serums in Belgrade. After the bleeding out, various contrast agents were introduced into the it monkeys blood vessels. The most often used contrast media were gelatin stained with painting tempera, micropack-barium or minium. Photographs of the blood vessels were taken after preparation. The splenic artery is the largest branch of the celiac trunk. It passes to the left toward the pancreas and proximal half of the splen . Entering the gastrosplenic ligament, it runs in the hilus of the splen to its distal half, beyond which it is continued as the left gastroepiploic. At its origin, the splenic artery gives off the pancreatic branches (rami pancreatici) which supply the left border of the pancreas. Passing along the hilus of the splen it gives off splenic branches (rami lienales) to the splen and its continue is the left epiploic artery. It passes in the greater omentum and gives off branches to the curvature of the stomach and twigs to the greater omentum. The left gastroepiploic artery anastomoses with the righ gastroepiploic. The splenic artery in the small green monkey, similarly to the man, horse, ruminants and dog is a branch of the celiac artery.
