Controle of β-lactams and tetracycline residue in milk with twinsensor
Kontrola β-laktama i tetraciklina u mleku Twinsensor testom
Abstract
Antibiotics are being used in treating various animal diseases and antibiotics residue can often be found in milk. Negative influence of the antibiotic residues on the human health is known to the producers of milk and dairy products. In order to decrease negative effects of the antibiotics residue to the minimum and in order to minimize risks of its negative effects on the human health and technology processes, a method which will expressly show the residue’s presence is required. Twinsensor test requires only 6 minutes in order to show presence of the residue in β-lactams and tetracycline on the MRL level.
Antibiotici se koriste u lečenju životinja i često se rezidue antibiotika mogu utvrditi u mleku. Negativni uticaj prisutnih rezidua antibiotika u mleku sa zdravstvenog i tehnološkog aspekta je poznat proizvođačima i prerađivačima mleka. Da bi se prisustvo rezidua antibiotika u mleku svelo na što manju meru i da bi se smanjili rizici njihovog štetnog dejstva na zdravlje ljudi i na tehnološke postupke, neophodna je metoda koja će brzo dati rezultat o prisustvu rezidua antibiotika na nivou maksimalno dozvoljenih količina. Twinsensor testom se u roku od 6 min. može utvrditi prisustvo rezidua β-laktama i tetraciklina na nivou maksimalno dozvoljenih količina.
