Srčane vene kod slepog kučeta ( Spalax leucodon )

Abstract

У области експерименталне хумане и ветеринарске медицине, као и у другим научним дисциплинама, све се више придаје значај лабораторијским животињама. На њима се могу пратити функције одређених система и њихове фармакодинамске манифестације, које настају зависно од врсте, путева и начина уношења појединих супстанци или биолошких агенаса у организам ових животиња. Један од значајних услова за оваква испитивања представља потпуно познавање анатомске грађе организма ових животиња. То је био један од главних разлога, да обрадимо део кардиоваскуларног система слепог кучета и на тај начин дамо прилог бољем познавању грађе тела ове животињe. За испитивање употребљено је 10 слепих кучића. После искрвављења животиња, у крвне судове су убризгане различите контрастне масе, желатин обојен сликарском темпером или минијумом. Крвни судови су после тога препарисани и сликани. V. cordis sinistra одводи крв из зида леве срчане коморе. Разграњава се на већи број гранчица, које се пружају кранијално и каудално у зиду леве срчане коморе. Улива се у завршни део леве кранијалне шупље вене или у десну срчану преткомору између ушћа леве кранијалне и каудалне шупље вене. V. cordis dextra постаје од гранчица које одводе крв из зида десне срчане коморе, стварајући тако једно јаче стабло. Пружа се каудодорзално према коронарном жлебу и улива се у десну срчану преткомору, кранијално и десно од ушћа каудалне шупље вене. Вене срца код слепог кучета се разликују у односу на исте код човека, домаћих животиња, малог зеленог мајмуна, текунице и пацова.

The experimental human and veterinary medicines, as well as other scientific disciplines, are turning more and more to laboratory animals. These are suitable for monitoring the functions of certain systems and their pharmacodynamic manifestations, which occur depending on the species, route and manner of administration of certain substances or biological agents in the organisms of those animals. One of the important prerequisites for such investigations is a thorough knowledge of the anatomic structure of the given organism of such animals. This was one of the main reasons why we undertook to investigate the cardio-vascular system of the molle rat contributing in that way to a better understanding of the body structure of this animal. The investigation was performed on 10 molle rats. After bleeding out, various contrast agents were administered, such as gelatin stained with painting tempera or minium. After this the blood vessels were mounted and photographed. V. cordis sinistra drains blood from the walls of the left ventricle. It begins with more small branches in the cranial and caudal walls of the left ventricle. It empties into the terminal part of the left cranial vena cava or into the right atrium between openings of the left cranial and caudal vena cava. V. cordis dextra is the trunk, formed by union of small veins which arise from the walls of the right atrium. It runs caudodorsally towards the coronary grove to end into the right atrium, cranially and right of the opening of the caudal vena cava. The cardiac veins in the molle rat vary in relation to the same in humans, domestic animals, small green monkey, ground squirrel and rat.
